DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & RENTAL AGREEMENT: 50% of the total rent via major credit card is required to reserve your suite or room. Please call us with your credit card information as soon as you are sure of your dates. Last minute weekend reservations will be charged at the time of the reservation with no refunds.
For regular reservations, a rental agreement will be emailed to you: please fax, scan or mail back the agreement to us within 7 days. The balance of the rent plus 9.75% state and 5 % local lodging taxes will be charged to your major credit card the day of your arrival. Additional guest charges will be added to your account as they are incurred. Any additional add-on services will be charged at the time of reservation.
CANCELLATION: We are a small family operation and unable to absorb the costs of cancellations. For regular reservations, cancellations made 21 days or more in advance of the arrival date will be refunded less a 10% credit card processing fee. Cancellations made within 21 days of the arrival date (or early check outs) are non-refundable. This applies to add-on services that may have been reserved as well. We understand emergencies happen and recommend that you take out travel insurance for this possibility. We appreciate your understanding.

We are of the Christian faith and conduct our business in a Christian manner.
The Manor is a non-smoking facility. An outdoor designated smoking area is provided.
Special Diets and Food Restrictions. Please notify us at the time of reservation.
We do not have a liquor license. We have a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) policy and request that our guests drink responsibly while staying with us.
PETS: We do not allow pets at the Manor, except service animals. Please advise us at the time of reservation.
